On the southwest and south coast of the island of Antigua are found beaches that are not very developed because of the hilly area. Here spectacular beaches, including Fryes Bay and Darkwood Beach, are located. Rendezvous Bay, and Doigs Beach particularly, are not very crowded.

If you seek to visit a beach for relaxation purpose alone, the ideal one is Pigeon Point. You must also visit Halfmoon Bay, the national park, on the east coast, the southeast side. Two of the best places to go with family are the national park and Long Bay, which are the perfect beaches for families.
